As a roofer my company did commercial roofs and residential roofs.
Flat roofs are one of the most common types of commercial roofs.
Roofing types:
- Hot tar or built up roofs
- Modified torch down or modified bitumen.
- Regular Rubber roofs, EPDM.
- White Rubber roofs.
- Metal Roofs.
- Liquid Applied.
